Your mission:

  • Customer Support: You will be the voice of our project, handling customer inquiries competently on topics such as departure times, gates, special baggage, flight upgrades, and more.
  • Support without sales pressure: Focus entirely on providing excellent service to our customers.

Your superpower:

  • Linguistic proficiency: You are fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
  • Tech-savvy: Ideally, you have experience with GDS Amadeus; knowledge in OneRes, Caspar.
  • Safety first: You are willing to undergo a security check through our compliance platform "Protect."
  • Flexibility and reliability: You are ready to work at least 25 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
  • Customer orientation: You demonstrate a high level of service readiness and quality consciousness.

Trainingcamp:

  • 6 weeks of intensive training: Weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 to prepare you optimally for your role.

Technical Equipment:

  • Hardware requirements: PC or laptop with Windows 10, two monitors, at least 8 GB RAM, wired headset, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Internet: A stable, high-speed internet connection via LAN.
  • System settings: Windows in German, German keyboard and time settings.
