Your mission:

• Customer Support: As the heart of our team, you handle calls and advise customers on all matters related to their products.
• Sales Consultation: In addition to advising, you earn attractive commissions by recommending additional products.

What we expect from you:

• Commitment: You work an average of over 20 hours per week and handle at least 125 calls.
• Solution Orientation: You conclusively resolve customer issues in at least 80% of cases (Solution Rate ≥ 80%).
• Professionalism: When dealing with escalated customers, you remain calm, friendly, and assertive.
• Active Consultation: You proactively advise on additional products in 80% of all conversations.

Your prerequisites:

• Location: You live and work within the EU.
• Availability: Mondays and on 2-3 additional days during peak hours, with occasional Saturday work.
• Planning Reliability: You can reliably plan at least two weeks in advance.
• Language Skills and Computer Abilities: You have excellent German skills (C2) and are proficient in using computers.
• Technical Equipment: PC or laptop (operating system 8 or higher), USB headset, keyboard, mouse (all wired), two monitors, webcam.
