yoummday renews ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, reaffirming its commitment to client trust

Munich, 21^st August 2026  – yoummday has successfully renewed its ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications following an independent recertification audit. Unlike the regular annual surveillance audits that run in between, this recertification happens once every three years and re-examines the entire management system from the ground up.

Sixteen teams across the company were involved in the audit, underscoring that security and compliance at yoummday are a company-wide responsibility.

Both certifications share the same audit scope: the development, distribution, provision and operation of yoummday’s platform for delivering customer service and sales. In plain terms, the audit assessed how yoummday builds, secures, and runs its platform and the client programs on it end-to-end.

• ISO 9001 certifies that yoummday operates a documented, consistently applied quality management system – the discipline behind delivering reliable service at scale.
• ISO 27001 certifies that yoummday maintains an audited information security management system – how data is protected, risks are assessed, and incidents are handled, verified by an independent third party rather than taken on faith.
