Your mission

We are looking for you as Working Student in Human Resources Management (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich. 
As Working Student in Human Resources Management (m/f/d), you will support our People & Culture department in the in-house People Management area and become part of a great team. 
  • Diverse insights into our HR business: You will be involved in the entire operational day-to-day business and support our People & Culture Managers in all relevant HR topics from A-Z, i.e. from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Document management: You will create references, contract attachments and other HR-related documents and ensure that everything is filed properly.
  • Data maintenance: You take care of data maintenance in our HR tool Personio, our benefit portals and keep our SharePoint knowledge database up to date.
  • Onboarding support: You actively support the preparation and follow-up of our company onboarding so that our new daymakers can start with a smile and feel well looked after even before they start.
  • Helping to shape HR projects: You get involved in exciting HR projects - from the selection of new tools and new reporting structures to the optimization of existing processes.

Your skillset

  • Academic background: You are currently enrolled at a university or college, in HR/BWL or a comparable field, have a strong interest in Human Resources and are available for 20 hours / week.
  • Relevant professional experience: Initial experience in HR management is desirable so that you can get off to a successful start right from the start.
  • Language skills: You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
  • Working style: You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and attach great importance to precise results.
  • Communication and organization: You have good organizational skills, enjoy working with people and are communicative - both in a team and with other departments. You are characterized by your flexibility and initiative.
  • Digital skills: You already have some experience in everyday office life, preferably in a start-up, and are confident in using MS Office applications - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
