Your mission

We are now looking for you as a Sales Trainer/Sales Coach (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich, in Berlin or Halle or remotely throughout Germany in a hybrid model.

As a Sales Trainer/Sales Coach (m/f/d), you will be responsible for teaching sales training content and for the continuous development and motivation of our talents. You will play a central role in maximising the sales potential of our talents and promoting a high-performance sales culture.

  • Training and coaching: You will design and deliver targeted training programmes for new and existing talent. You will focus on sales techniques, product knowledge and negotiation strategies to increase the performance of the team.
  • Coaching and individual development: You support and advise the talents through individual coaching, identify development areas and offer customised solutions to improve sales performance.
  • Optimising sales processes: You ensure that all talents adhere to standards and best practices in sales processes. You also support the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
  • Performance management: You analyse key sales figures and performance data, identify potential for improvement and implement targeted measures to increase sales efficiency.
  • Creating training materials: You create and continuously update training materials, presentations and sales guides that are tailored to the needs of the team.
  • Motivation and team development: You promote a positive team spirit and a performance-orientated culture by building and maintaining a motivating environment for sales talent.

Your skillset

  • Qualifications & experience: You have completed a trainer training programme or have an E.ON trainer certificate. You also have several years of experience in sales, ideally as a sales trainer or sales coach, and have at least 3 years of proven sales experience.
  • Expertise & methodological competence: You have sound knowledge of sales techniques and coaching methods as well as experience in analysing sales data and deriving measures to improve performance. Your knowledge level corresponds to the highest standard skill (demonstrably documented in the LMS).
  • Communication & Motivation: You have excellent presentation and communication skills and can convey complex topics in an understandable way. You are enthusiastic, highly persuasive and passionate about sales.
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German (C1 level) and a healthy dose of humour.
