Qualitymanager / Qualitycoordinator / Training Coordinator (m/f/d)
Your mission
As Quality Manager / Quality Coordinator / Training Coordinator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for quality assurance, process optimisation, coordination of training programmes, monitoring and reporting in order to further secure and expand the high standards of our customers (in the energy sector).
- Quality management: You monitor and ensure that quality is maintained in all relevant areas of the company. You implement and maintain quality standards, processes and guidelines to ensure continuous high quality.
- Process optimisation: You identify potential for improvement within the project and develop solutions to optimise workflows and processes in order to increase efficiency and quality.
- Training and education: You plan, coordinate and implement training and training programmes that increase the expertise of our talent and promote quality assurance. In addition, you will create and maintain training documents that offer talents continuous further training opportunities
- Documentation and reporting: You create and maintain quality documentation and regular quality assurance reports. You monitor compliance with processes and standards and document deviations.
Your skillset
- Academic background: Completed studies or training in the field of quality management (incl. certificate) or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in quality management, process optimisation, control, training coordination and the creation of training programmes.
- Organisational talent: Excellent organisational skills and a structured way of working.
- Communication talent: Very good communication, analytical, conceptual and presentation skills.
- Motivator: Team-orientation, empathy and the ability to motivate and encourage others.
- Language skills: Very good written and spoken German (C1 level) and a healthy dose of humour.
