E-Learning Autor (m/f/d)
Your mission
As an E-Learning Author (m/f/d), you will actively support the creation, revision, and updating of digital training materials and knowledge assessments, contributing to the continuous development of our learning content.
- Digital Learning Development: You will design innovative e-learning concepts and create digital training materials to deliver knowledge in an interactive and engaging way.
- Content Creation Excellence: You will use modern tools to produce videos, audio files, and interactive learning modules while optimizing existing materials within a powerful content management system.
- Linguistic Precision: You will ensure that all training materials meet the highest linguistic and content quality standards and are free of errors.
- Technical Affinity: You have a strong affinity for technology and effectively use digital platforms to create and maintain training content.
- Learning Impact Analysis: You will oversee the e-learning creation process from initial concept to final approval by experienced authors, ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer.
Your skillset
- Relevant Work Experience: You have at least six months of hands-on experience as a KB in customer contact management at EDG.
- Didactics & Content Delivery: You have experience in creating interactive and target-group-oriented learning content using tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia & Co.
Technical Expertise: You are experienced with CMS, LMS (Moodle, TalentLMS), SCORM, xAPI, and media production (video, audio). - Methodology & Project Management: You have expertise in instructional design (e.g., blended learning, gamification) and efficient project management.
- Innovation & Technology: You are interested in AI-driven learning analytics and digital trends.
- Language Skills: You communicate confidently in written and spoken German at a C1 level—and you bring a good sense of humor.
