Your mission

We are now looking for you as a Communication Trainer (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich, in Berlin or Halle or remotely throughout Germany in a hybrid model.
 
As a Communication Trainer (m/f/d), you will accompany training groups of up to 25 independent call center agents - which we call talents - from their start at yoummday to long-term partnerships with our customers.
 
  • Virtual Training Approach: You are responsible for the conception and implementation of virtual communication training for demanding customer service projects of our well-known customers and thus lay the foundation for sustainable project success.
  • Didactic Innovation: You will skilfully use your creativity to develop exciting and progressive training concepts and content and inspire our talents with a variety of methodologies.
  • Adaptive Learning Quality: You ensure a high level of quality and fulfilment of project requirements while at the same time managing to respond individually to your training participants and their learning. characteristics.
  • Skill Empowerment: You work closely with the training and project managers and, if necessary, conduct refresher training sessions with our talents to turn deficits into strengths in the long term.
  • Performance analytics: you analyse training successes, identify potential for optimisation in terms of content and methodology and thus generate a continuous improvement process.

Your skillset

  • Relevant work experience: You have at least 6 months of practical experience in customer contact management. 
  • Qualified education: You have a completed trainer training and/or trainer certification.
  • Expertise: You have a proven track record of acquiring sound knowledge in conveying technical training content.
  • Communicative strength: You have a high level of persuasiveness and enthusiasm for the sustainable transfer of knowledge to the participants of your training courses.
  • Language skills: You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken German (at C1 level) and have a healthy dose of humour.
