Your mission

We are looking for you to join us as a Specialist Trainer (m/f/d) as soon as possible – at our headquarters in Munich, in Berlin or Halle, or remotely across Germany in a hybrid work model.

As a Specialist Trainer (m/f/d), you will support training groups of up to 25 independent call center agents—whom we call Talents—from their start at yoummday to a long-term partnership with our clients.
  • Virtual Training Approach: You are responsible for designing and conducting virtual specialist training sessions for high-profile customer service projects, laying the foundation for long-term project success.
  • Didactic Innovation: You skillfully use your creativity to develop engaging and forward-thinking training concepts and content, inspiring our Talents with diverse methodologies.
  • Adaptive Learning Quality: You ensure a high level of quality and meet project requirements while adapting to the individual learning styles of your trainees.
  • Skill Empowerment: You collaborate closely with training and project managers, conducting refresher courses as needed to turn weaknesses into strengths.
  • Performance Analytics: You analyze training outcomes, identify content and methodological improvement opportunities, and drive a continuous improvement process.

Your skillset

  • Relevant Work Experience: You have at least six months of practical experience in customer contact management at EDG.
  • Qualified Training: You have completed a trainer certification and/or hold a valid trainer qualification.
    Expertise: You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge for effectively delivering professional training content.
  • Communication Skills: You have strong persuasive abilities and enthusiasm for ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer to your training participants.
  • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in written and spoken German at a C1 level—and you bring a good sense of humor.
