Workforce Manager (m/f/d)
Your mission
As a Workforce Manager (m/f/d), you will act as an interface between our renowned clients and our operations teams and will be responsible for the ideal management of deployment planning for our talents.
- You will ensure compliance with the defined KPIs through your forecasts, determine short-term overstaffing and understaffing and independently initiate measures for optimisation.
- You will be responsible for internal project communication on resource planning in close collaboration with the team leads, trainers and quality analysts.
- You create meaningful forecasts and reports, are responsible for analysing the causes of deviations, derive recommendations for action and implement the necessary improvement measures.
- You maintain an overview of your dashboards and performance analyses at all times, ensuring that the project runs smoothly for everyone involved.
Your skillset
- Career to date: You have completed an apprenticeship and have experience in workforce management or workforce scheduling, ideally in a contact centre environment.
- Stakeholder management expert: You know the needs of both clients and call centre agents and are able to act on an equal footing with both parties and manage a project professionally in the interests of all parties involved.
- Tools skills: You are an Excel pro, have strong analytical skills, think entrepreneurially and are able to visualise your results clearly.
- Structure & dynamics: You have high quality standards, act conscientiously and in a structured manner and can adapt flexibly to changing situations.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German at eye level with all stakeholders, can present your arguments diplomatically and impress with a healthy dose of humour.
