Your mission

We are a family-owned startup with 400+ employees across 5 locations in Europe. We build and operate a marketplace for contact center services, connecting 10,000+ talents to 70+ corporate clients. We have defined a new delivery model for outsourced CX services, ready to disrupt one of the largest service industries in the world. As a Community Specialist (m/f/d) at yoummday, you will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract our "talents" (freelancers, remote workers) to our yoummday platform. You will identify, analyse, and leverage key online and offline talent acquisition channels, ensuring optimal outreach and conversion. Become part of the revolution - at our locations in Munich.
  • Channel Strategy: Devise and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to attract talents, utilising offline/ out-of-home campaigns, job boards, online platforms, and social media (including social media groups)
  • Email Marketing: Create segmented and targeted email campaigns to nurture talent leads from registration to onboarding
  • Partnerships & Influencers: Forge partnerships with industry influencers, collaborate with freelancers, and leverage their networks to broaden outreach
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, optimise channels for maximum acquisition, and track talent acquisition KPIs
  • Events & Webinars: Organise virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops targeting CX professionals and freelance workers, highlighting Yoummday's value proposition and opportunities
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant community by engaging talent in forums, social media groups, and exclusive discussions around remote work trends and opportunities

Your profile

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment marketing within the gig economy or remote work sector
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their application for talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, in English as well as in German
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and evolving market
