The yoummday Journey

Today, yoummday stands as a leading provider of customer experience solutions – trusted by some of the world’s most renowned brands. But our journey began in 2016 with a simple yet bold idea: to reinvent customer experience through technology and remote work, delivering the best value-to-cost ratio in the industry.

Founded in Munich, we’ve since scaled rapidly across Europe and expanded into the U.S. market, consistently growing our client base and capabilities. In early 2025, we introduced the Artificial Agent – a key pillar of our tech offering.

2024 – Today

AI-Powered & Going Global: 2024 was a breakthrough year for yoummday. We made our platform fully AI-driven and launched a powerful suite of in-house AI tools to boost
performance and automation.
We opened a new office in Amsterdam and welcomed Achim Berg (ex-
Microsoft) to our advisory board to help shape our next chapter. Later that year, we landed in the U.S., opening our first office in Miami and onboarding our first U.S. clients — a major milestone in our global journey.

We also launched our flagship product, the Artificial Agent – designed to automate repetitive CX tasks with speed, scale, and reliability. What truly sets us apart is the seamless collaboration between AI and human expertise – each enhancing the other to deliver smarter customer experiences.

2020 – 2023

Expansion Mode: Between 2020 and 2023, yoummday entered a phase of
rapid growth. We opened new offices in Halle (Saale) and Berlin, expanded
our Munich HQ, and grew to over 400 employees. Backed by Armira Growth
and Project A Ventures, we accelerated our tech roadmap and international
expansion. In 2022, we acquired ICON in Prague, establishing our
international delivery hub and expanding our nearshore capabilities.

2017 – 2019

From Startup to Scale: We begin international expansion and win our first
major clients. Our first office outside Germany opens in Sofia, Bulgaria,
establishing a strong nearshore hub for operational excellence. With
Telefónica among our early enterprise clients, we gained strong market
validation and momentum for scaling across Europe.

The Beginning: yoummday is founded by Dr. Klaus Harisch and his sons, Pablo and Lion Harisch. What started with a bold vision to reinvent customer experience through remote work and technology, quickly evolved into a scalable platform. The first freelance agents joined, and initial pilot clients were successfully onboarded — laying the foundation for a new era in CX delivery.

Florian Tappeiner is a long-term digital investor. As Managing Partner of Armira Growth he targets fast-growing companies in Europe that are actively driving technological change and challenging the traditional value chain in their sector. Florian Heinemann

Co-Founder

Florian Heinemann is the Founding Partner at Project A Ventures, overseeing critical areas such as marketing, CRM, and business intelligence.
Prior to this role he was Managing Director at Rocket Internet, where he played instrumental roles in pivotal ventures such as Zalando, Global Fashion Group and Spark Networks.

Jim Freeman

Board Member

Jim Freeman held various key positions, such as Chief Business & Product Officer at Zalando and Vice President at Amazon. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Innovation and Audit Committee at SoftwareOne Holding AG, while also serving as a Senior Advisor at the investment firm, Permira.
