Your mission
We are looking for you as (Junior) People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) - People Management in our headquarter in Munich.As (Junior) People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) focused on People Management you will take responsibility for guiding our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and provide our leaders with expert advice on all employee-related and labor law matters. Additionally, through your professional employee support and the implementation of exciting P&C projects, you play a key role in shaping our company culture.
- People Operations: You ensure the administrative support of our employees (using our HRM tool Personio) and are responsible for the preparation of employee-related documents. In doing so, you always ensure compliance with legal and internal company standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: You support us in payroll preparation as well as in handling the associated documents and data maintenance, ensuring smooth processing.
- Employee and Leadership Support: You act as the point of contact for employees and managers regardin gHR-related and labor law issues.
- P&C Projects: You collaborate with us on implementing optimization potential across the entire employee lifecycle and proactively contribute your creative ideas to exciting, cross-country projects.
Your skillset
- Relevant Work Experience: You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training and have already demonstrated your knowledge of German labor law as well as (preparatory) payroll processing in practice—ideally in a dynamic, international business environment.
- Customer Focus: You are passionate about creating "you made my day" moments for your stakeholders by supporting our employees both administratively and as a trusted advisor. You always act confidentially, diligently and with a structured approach.
- Solution Orientation: You identify challenges early and tackle them pragmatically and empathetically— within your team and when advising employees and leaders.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic company by proactively applying your skills, continuously developing yourself, and embracing change as an opportunity. This way, you leave your footprint with us and grow with us.
- (Intercultural) Communication Skills: You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English, making it easy for you to support and inspire people as a brand ambassador for yoummday.
