Mr. Arambatzis brings over 24 years of experience in building and scaling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions and has an outstanding track record in sales strategy and customer retention. Mr Arambatzis will continue to expand yoummday's strategic sales initiatives and support the company's growth. He will report directly to CEO Klaus Harisch.

    Wassilios has forged an impressive career with leading brands including Capgemini Business Services, 5CA, Webhelp, TATA Consultancy Services, Accenture and SITEL. Within these organisations he oversaw the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, acquired new strategic accounts, and contributed to revenue growth exceeding 25%.

    Arambatzis' focus on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and process automation will further strengthen market recognition of yoummday's technological innovation.
