2.3) Duration of the storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for contract fulfilment or contract initiation and/or there is no justified interest on our part in further storage.

Facebook provides us with so-called Insights statistics for our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/business/a/page/page-insights). These are aggregated data that allow us to understand how people interact with our site. Insights statistics may be based on personal data collected in connection with a visit to or interaction with our site and its content. Pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to protect our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests.
