For the purpose of quality assurance and training, Yoummday intends to record and store individual conversations that I conduct in connection with orders placed via the platform www.yoummday.com in the form of sound and image recordings (measures are summarised below under the term "monitoring"). For this purpose, Yoummday asks for my consent.

  1. Purposes of the measures
Yoummday intends to use the monitoring exclusively for the purpose of improving training processes and increasing my qualification and the quality of customer contacts. The monitoring will not be used to determine basic data for certifications, single-user measurements, bonus systems or similar purposes.
  2. Types of data / Special categories of personal data
Through monitoring, sound and image recordings are processed. Among other things, this can provide information about movements, appearance, behaviour and communication. The video may also provide information about ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, headgear, glasses). Where this is the case, consent also relates to these special categories of personal data.
  3. Scope of the monitoring
Permanent monitoring does not take place. Monitoring only takes place on a random basis. The recorded conversations and interactions on the screen are evaluated exclusively by the responsible trainers, talent team leads and operations managers.

The collected data will be stored for a period of six months. After the six months, the data will be irrevocably deleted.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

I am aware that I can revoke my consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. This means that my data from the monitoring will no longer be processed to the extent stated from the receipt of the revocation, unless there is another legal basis for the data processing. If the consent is not revoked, it may also apply beyond the duration of the employment relationship. The revocation can be made in writing or by e-mail without giving reasons.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the information and have been given sufficient time to make a decision.

In light of the above information, I consent to the monitoring and use of my personal data to the extent set out above in accordance with Article 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation and agree that Yoummday may process the data collected to this extent for the aforementioned purposes.
