In contrast to work in a conventional call centre, at yoummday you work on your computer in your home office, You do all your work online using our online platform, whether you’re on the phone, writing e-mails or chatting.

The projects at yoummday are diverse, and so are your tasks. Depending on the project, they can include normal phone calls, online correspondence, or document verification in video calls. 

Each project has a description of the work it involves. You learn about how that work is actually done in a project training session. Depending on the sector and the client, a wide range of tasks awaits you – from customer service to sales.


Inbound: You take incoming calls for your client, answer the callers’ questions and provide advice.

Outbound: You call your client’s customers to inform them about new offers and products, with the aim of persuading them to buy.

Correspondence: You process written enquiries from customers via e-mail or chat, providing assistance and information.

Data Processing: You enter and update personal customer information in your client’s database.
