If yoummday offers the participation in competitions, the following applies:

By participating, the user accepts the provisions of the Privacy Policy, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of yoummday GmbH as binding.

In the context of participation, the collection of personal data is necessary. By participating, the raffle participant agrees to the processing of this data. The data processing is carried out for the proper implementation of the competition. Only users with full legal capacity are entitled to participate. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation. 

By participating, the participating person agrees that the image shared by him/her may be shown and shared again on the yoummday profiles in Instagram and Facebook. The participating persons also agree that their profile stated in the social networks, with which the participation takes place, may be linked and that contact may be made by means of a direct message in Instagram or Facebook.

yoummday is entitled to change, extend or restrict the course of a sweep stake at will. yoummday may in particular change, abolish and reintroduce the packages offered with effect for the future.

yoummday does not give any guarantee for system availability and communicated times.

Any misuse is excluded, especially the participant may not try to manipulate competitions in a technical or other way to increase his chances of winning or to gain advantages over other users in any other way. All access data must always be treated confidentially. Disclosure to third parties is expressly prohibited.

Any commercial use of the competition is excluded, mainly the commercial resale of participation opportunities and/or the assignment of claims of any kind to third parties. If a user violates these obligations, yoummday is entitled to claim for damages.

The user acknowledges that yoummday is entitled to all trademarks and other property rights of the offer.

In addition, all data protection and data security regulations of the privacy policy apply.

In this context, yoummday guarantees that the data provided in the context of participation in the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the competition. The legal basis for the processing of the data in the context of the sweepstakes is Art. 6 para. 1 DS-GVO. The data will be deleted no later than 3 months after it is no longer required. A longer storage period may result from legal regulations, in particular § 140 AO.

The yoummday winter sweepstakes will be carried out via the yoummday profiles in Facebook and Instagram. People who follow the respective profiles or have liked these profiles can participate. In addition, participants must be an active member on our platform. By posting a comment in the comment section below the competition postings on the yoummday social media profiles, participation in the competition takes place and the competition conditions apply. The sweepstakes ends 24 hours after posting. Any comments received after these 24 hours will not be considered in the prize draw. 

The prize will be determined within the following 24 hours after the closing time by a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the draw. The participants who are winners of the draw will be informed of the prize promptly via a private message on the respective social media channel. The payment of the prize will be made exclusively to the yoummday talent account of the participant who has won. An exchange, a transfer, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
