Declaration of consent in authentication and quality measures (geolocation, facial recognition, voice analysis, emotion recognition)

Yoummday intends to use geolocation, facial recognition, voice analysis and emotion recognition for authentication and quality measures. For this purpose, Yoummday asks for my consent.

Purposes of the measures
Geolocation is used to ensure via GPS that I am working from the location that has been approved for me. My voice and mood are evaluated to ensure that only I work as a verified independent agent (= talent) and handle the job myself. The same applies to facial recognition.


Types of data / Special categories of personal data
Through monitoring, GPS, sound and image recordings are processed. This can provide information about movements, appearance, behaviour and communication, among other things. This may also provide information on ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, headgear, glasses). Where this is the case, consent also relates to these special categories of personal data.


Scope of authentication and quality assurance
The authentication and quality measures begin when logging on to the system and end when logging off.


Duration of data retention and deletion
The collected data will be stored for a period of six months. After the six months, the data will be irrevocably deleted.


Access and access authorisations and recipients of the data
The data is only made accessible to persons who are subject to professional secrecy, are involved in quality assurance or training and do not pass on confidential information.
Data is not exported to other systems. My personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
I am aware that I can revoke my consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. This means that my data from the authentication and monitoring measures will no longer be processed to the extent stated from the receipt of the revocation, unless there is another legal basis for the data processing. If the consent is not revoked, it may also apply beyond the duration of the employment relationship. The revocation can be made in writing or by e-mail without giving reasons.


I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the information and have been given sufficient time to make a decision.


In light of the above information, I consent to the authentication and monitoring measures and the use of my personal data to the extent set out above in accordance with Article 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation and I agree that Yoummday may process the data collected to this extent for the aforementioned purposes.
