As a working student (m/f/d), you'll work closely with our experienced product managers, helping bring innovative new features to life and developing real-world skills along the way.
This role is designed to give you a hands-on, impactful experience—you won’t just be observing from the sidelines.
We’re looking for a committed student who’s enthusiastic about learning from peers, actively contributing, and growing with us.
You'll work up to 20 hours per week, with plenty of flexibility to fit around your studies, for at least one year.
What you'll do:
Engage in Dynamic Website Content Management
Take charge of our website’s content to ensure every update reflects the latest product innovations and captures our brand’s essence. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will keep our online presence sharp, relevant, and aligned with our evolving brand.
Support Feature Releases
Be part of bringing new ideas to life! You’ll help with the release of new features, write release notes, communicate with stakeholders, and track feedback and issues after launch. This is your chance to see firsthand how ideas turn into products. We will support you in your onboarding journey.
Assist with First-Level Support
Get to know our users and their needs by helping to address their initial questions and concerns. You’ll provide quick, helpful responses and pass issues along to the right teams, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Drive Product Innovation with Data and Insights
Drive our product's future by conducting internal research and gathering insights that empower smarter decision-making across the team. You’ll dive into data to analyze user feedback, track industry trends, and benchmark us against competitors—delivering findings that directly shape our product direction and growth strategy.
Organize and Document Meetings
Help keep our team organized and moving forward by planning meetings, managing calendars, and capturing important notes. You’ll be a key part of making collaboration seamless and efficient.

Your profile
- You’re currently enrolled in a university program (ideally in a field related to product management or technology).
- You have a passion for software and are curious about product management.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy solving challenges as they come up.
- Great communication skills in both English and German.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA is a plus but not required—we’ll show you the ropes!
