To support the continued growth of our founder-led company, we are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Software-as-a-Service platform in Munich, Berlin, or Sofia (Bulgaria), working in a hybrid model.

Your role

You will take on a key position in the development of our software platform, with the opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a platform product in our rapidly growing company. Working closely with a team of frontend & backend engineers as well as UX specialists, you will drive the advancement of our CX platform for renowned clients.

Your responsibilities
  • Ownership: As a (Senior) Product Manager in our CX team, you will be responsible for introducing new features to our platform and identifying opportunities for standalone new (AI-driven) products to generate additional revenue.
  • Creative freedom: You will have the autonomy to design new products from the ground up, contribute your own ideas, and work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that create the greatest impact.
  • Innovation: You will collaborate with a top-tier engineering team to integrate state-of-the-art technologies into our platform and new products. Your work will cover a broad spectrum, from developing small MVPs and pilot projects to large-scale production systems handling thousands of interactions per day.
  • Impact: This role provides the opportunity to define a concrete product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders—ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and priorities. Through effective product lifecycle management, you will bring this roadmap to life.

Your skillset

  • Product Management Experience: You have several years of experience in product management, digital product development, or product strategy (e.g., as a Product Manager or Product Owner), ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or platform business model.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have a hands-on, can-do attitude and go the extra mile to rapidly prototype, iterate, and identify new product opportunities. Additionally, you recognize opportunities to maximize user value and business impact.
  • Structure & Prioritization: You excel at breaking down and structuring complex challenges, have a strong affinity for data, and possess the technical understanding to make fast, well-informed decisions about which ideas to pursue.
  • Sprint Management: You are experienced in structuring, managing, and successfully executing software development sprints within an agile environment.
  • Communication Skills: You have strong communication skills in both English and German and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and backgrounds (e.g., CX Operations, Legal, Sales) as well as within your cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment.
