- Strategic Data Analysis: As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will identify data products to support our growth and optimize our business model. You will implement these data products together with the data team, helping your stakeholders in their operational and strategic tasks.
- Business Partnership: You will act as a close partner to various teams within the company, understanding their needs and offering data-driven solutions that support their goals. Through your analytical skills and ability to convey complex analyses in an understandable way, you will actively contribute to achieving our company's objectives.
- Visualization and Reporting: You will design and develop compelling dashboards and reports that visually represent complex data, providing our stakeholders with clear insights into key metrics. Your work will support decision-makers in making informed decisions and identifying opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: You will play an active role in the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure by implementing best practices and developing innovative solutions to optimize our data management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape and further develop our data stack between on-premise and leading cloud providers through your contributions.
- Methodology: You will apply agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban to work efficiently and ensure that our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Your profile
- Experience and Expertise: You have several years of experience as a (Senior) Data Analyst and possess outstanding skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
- Education: You hold a degree in a STEM field or a similar discipline.
- Analytical Skills and Data Visualization: You have strong analytical abilities and are capable of solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions. Additionally, you have extensive experience in creating meaningful data visualizations that present complex information in a simple, clear, and precise manner.
- Communication Skills and Business Partnership: You can clearly and convincingly communicate complex analyses in English, and you are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across functions and independently.
- Modern Data Stack and Data Modeling: You have experience working with a modern data stack and are familiar with the latest tools and technologies. You are skilled in designing effective data structures for optimal analysis and interpretation.
- Initiative and Methodology: You are proactive and passionate about continuous learning and personal development.
